Wtf: Muse hate.

It's funny how often I'll think I'm home free on a certain part of the story, only to get a new "brilliant" idea that leaves me considering altering it completely.

Chapter 17 of Black Edelweiss is the newest story being delayed by this nonsense. I've had the scene planned for more than a year now, and yet suddenly, out of nowhere, I have two completely different ways I could do it. I've asked game_byrd and adja999 for their input on the problem, and they were both helpful. But really, in this case, there is only one solution...

A battle to the death.

No, let me explain. See, I usually work on about seventeen different things at once anyway. I can't believe I didn't see how simple this solution was. I just start writing both versions of the chapter, and whichever muse finishes first, wins.

Not a bad idea, really. Whichever one you're more inspired by, more engaged by, and consumes your mind more is probably the better one, anyway. I look forward to the results!
