Wtf: A twenty minute video about the forty-year history of a six-second drum beat.

In my Visual Language & Culture class, our teacher shared this video on the history of the breakbeat. While that might not sound interesting at all, it really is, and it's definitely relevent to the discussions taking place about fair use, derivitive works, and copyright.

Incidentally, and on a very tangental note, it also lends a little context to the whole "dubstep" thing.
