Castle's relation to other characters is kind of a point of crossover fail, where I've dropped the ball a little on providing enough details someone to make both connections without watching both shows.
The particular information is in Interlude 12, which features the actress, Martha, and the infamous watch.
The watch and Samson obviously connect Konrad to Sylar in that interlude, but only for Heroes fans understanding its significance.
Likewise, Martha and her words about "loving a lifetime in a single night" are only significant to Castle fans who realize that a. she is Castle's mother, and b. that those words were used to describe Castle's never-identified (even to him) father, and the night they spent together.
It's not essential to the current plot, though, because no one is going to make the connection for a very long time.
