I've used a beta exactly twice. Neither one worked particularly well for me, because I'm never patient enough to actually wait for the beta to hand it back to me before posting. So, my fault. :(
(Though the second time did earn me my most loyal reader for Black Edelweiss, so there is that...)
I saw the first episode of Teen Wolf, but we had a significant cable interruption soon after, and I never got another chance to watch. I could possibly beta a Grimm fic, though I've only watched this season, so I might miss out on references to earlier events. Though I've spent a great deal of time on fanwiki and done a marathon of fic, so probably won't have missed out on much.
There was one GrimmxTW crossover that I read on AO3. It wasn't particularly memorable, though. :(
