A long time ago, I used to spend all my time online reading webcomics. It was my sister,
The story completed back in 2008. The comic is hilarious and intelligent, and I highly recommend it. I plan on going back and rereading it one day when I have more time.
And now for something completely different...
My dad, my sister, her boyfriend and I watched the movie Rubber. To those who have never heard of it, it is the story of a tire in a dump that spontaneously gains sentience—and psychokinetic powers—and rolls around the desert exploding people's heads. That established, I don't think I need to tell you that it's a bizarre flick, and repeatedly breaks the fourth wall in ways even Mel Brooks never even dreamed of...
I give you the introduction:
It really just gets weirder from there.
As nerds are wont to do, Josh and I wound up arguing about whether a sentient tire actually has a front end and a back end. I insisted that being "alive" didn't necessarily mean that it did, while Josh argued that it did because it was moving "forward". My dad's unexpected contribution was that, yes, that particular kind of radial did have a front end...
I remain unconvinced.

LOL. That was great! And it gets weirder? How cool and artsy and a little nuts. I will def be on the look out for that movie. I'm guessing the tire has no reason for exploding people's heads. :-)

(In the movie, JFK may have been killed for no reason. In the movie.)
I can't tell you how long I've wanted to watch that movie. but it's actually harder to find it if you forgot what it's called. Thank you. :)
No reason. I kind of live for that.
Also, for some/no reason, I keep writting down plots that could either do a wonderful Castle episode case or a novel. Damn.
I wish I could rewire my brain to produce things that I actually need right now.

In this case, two of the college students had been studying physics of some kind (one of them basically could twist the laws of inertia around their middle finger), and one of them (my favorite) had been studying the third person omniscient narrative (which basically means he can narrate a situation and change people's perception of it.
